Our Story

We’re Ali and Meera,

and our journey began with a love for coffee that has always been close to home. Friends and family often raved that our coffee was the best they’d ever had, and it sparked a dream: to share this passion with others. Coffee, to us, is more than just a morning pick-me-up. It’s an art, a craft, and, most importantly, a way to bring people together.

Our mission is simple: to create moments of connection over a perfectly crafted cup. Every sip of our coffee is a product of care, community, and the belief that coffee should be something to savor and enjoy, no matter the time of day.

Hilal Coffee is a labor of love, run by us, a husband-and-wife team, who share not only a dream, but a commitment to making it a reality. Our goal is to one day open a roastery and café, a space where coffee lovers can gather, connect, and experience the magic of a well-crafted cup. Until then, we will bring the coffee to you, perfecting every pour and sharing our love for coffee, one cup at a time.
