Where Night Meets Coffee

Hilal Coffee is founded and led by Ali Hilal and Meera Ebeida, a husband and wife team based in Allen, Texas.

We started Hilal Coffee together in 2024. Meera was my only help at the very first events. Today, she leads service for our female-only events and runs the marketing side of the business. Hilal Coffee does not exist without her, and the brand has been a partnership from day one.

Hilal Coffee started with a simple belief: coffee is more than a beverage. It is ritual. It is presence. It is a reason to slow down, look someone in the eye, and share a moment that matters. We are a husband and wife team, and this belief is the thread that runs through everything we do.

The name Hilal means crescent in Arabic. It carries the weight of new beginnings, of growth, of the quiet anticipation that comes when something beautiful is about to unfold. The crescent moon appears at night, and so do most of the celebrations we love. Weddings that dance past midnight. Corporate galas beneath string lights. Intimate gatherings where laughter fills the evening air.

Hilal Coffee exists at the intersection of nighttime celebration and the warmth of a perfectly crafted cup. We bring specialty espresso and matcha to moments that people will remember for years. Not because of us, but because of what a shared drink can do when the setting is right and the care is real.

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, we travel across the metroplex and beyond to serve at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and every kind of gathering worth celebrating. If people are coming together, we want to be there with something warm in hand.
