Where do you source your beans?

Our current featured blend is the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Sidamo Blend from The Best DAMN Coffee Roasters, a local DFW roaster. Notes of chocolate, nuts, and berries. We rotate through multiple roasts from the same roaster and order fresh for every event.

What milk alternatives do you carry?

Whole milk and oat milk are included by default. Almond, soy, coconut, and other milks can be requested in advance and will be sourced for your event.

Do you offer non-coffee options for kids and non-coffee drinkers?

Yes. Hot chocolate is included with every package. Non-caffeinated specialty drinks like our lemonade trio, passionfruit refresher, and pink drink can be added to any package.

How fast can you serve guests?

Our Sanremo YOU dual-boiler system enables simultaneous espresso extraction and milk frothing, allowing us to serve 1 to 2 guests per minute at peak efficiency.

Is there a limit to how many guests you can serve?

We can comfortably serve up to 75 guests within a 1-hour timeframe. For larger events, additional hours can be added. Contact us with your details and we will help you find the right setup.

What is included with our service, and what do we need to provide?

Everything for the coffee experience is included: the cart, the espresso machine, the grinder, all drink ingredients, cups, napkins, sugar, ice, and water. The only thing we ask you to provide is access to a standard wall outlet for electricity. For outdoor events without electrical access, a generator can be arranged for an additional fee.

What do I need to provide?

All we need is enough space to set up our station (approximately 9 to 10 feet by 5 to 6 feet) and access to two electrical outlets. For outdoor events without outlets, generators can be rented. We handle everything else.

What time do you arrive for setup?

Our team arrives approximately one hour before your service start time to set up the cart, dial in espresso, and brief with your planner or point of contact.

Where do you provide your service and how far can you travel?

Our primary service area covers the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex within a 35-mile radius. We are also happy to travel to other Texas cities such as Austin, Houston, or El Paso for an additional travel fee. Reach out and we will make it work.

How is pricing structured?

Our live coffee service uses a package model: Bidāya starts at $949, Hilāl Signature at $1,399, and Badr at $2,449. Bidāya and Hilāl Signature include a two-hour minimum, Badr a three-hour minimum, and all scale with guest count, duration, and customizations. Travel within 25 miles is included. Is sales tax included in pricing?

All pricing on our website is before sales tax. Tax is added to your final invoice.

What deposit is required and when is the balance due?

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit or retainer to secure your date, credited toward your final invoice. Full payment is due no later than fourteen days prior to your event. Bookings made within fourteen days of the event are due in full at the time of invoicing and are fully non-refundable. Full terms are outlined in your booking contract.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance throughout the term of every booking. Proof of coverage is available upon request and can be provided within five business days.

Do you work with planners, venues, and other vendors?

Yes. We coordinate with wedding planners, venue coordinators, caterers, and any other vendor responsible for your event. Share their contact details during planning and we will reach out directly.

Do you offer accommodations for female-only or Muslim-friendly events?

Yes. We offer an all-female team for female-only events. Reach out and let us know what your event needs.

What is your weather and outdoor event policy?

We require an indoor setup location for all events unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing during booking. Outdoor environments introduce operational risks including wind disturbance to equipment, displacement of coffee grounds, and inconsistent espresso extraction. If outdoor setup is requested or required within seven days of the event, or upon arrival at the venue, an Outdoor Setup Fee of $200 applies. The Business reserves the right to refuse outdoor setup if conditions are unsafe or unworkable. Full terms are outlined in your booking contract.

Do you offer custom cups or cart customization?

Yes. We offer custom-branded cups and a bundle option that includes both custom cups and a customized cart aesthetic to match your event theme. Ask about these options when requesting your quote.

Do you offer wedding samples?

Yes! We offer a complimentary wedding sample experience for engaged couples. Visit our Wedding Samples page to select up to five drinks and we will deliver them to you. This is our way of making sure you love every sip before your big day.

How do tasting samples work?

We deliver ten bottled drinks total, two sets of five flavors of your choice, directly to you. No specific timeline is required. When you want them, you get them. Tasting samples are complimentary with the Hilāl Signature and Badr packages, and available as an add-on with Bidāya.
