Hilal Coffee's live coffee service is built for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, graduations, and private gatherings. We arrive with a fully styled mobile espresso cart, a team of professional baristas in maroon aprons, and a menu shaped to your event.

Large Event Service

A complete second setup including espresso machine, grinder, and two additional baristas. Strongly recommended when expected drink volume approaches single-cart capacity.

A single cart serves approximately 80 to 90 drinks per hour at weddings and 40 to 45 per hour at other events. We will let you know if Large Event service is recommended based on your guest count and service window.

Last-Minute Booking

Each package has a standard lead time. Bookings closer to the event date are subject to an added fee applied to the total invoice amount.
