Hilal Coffee provides mobile coffee bar and catering services. All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. The company reserves the right to limit service quantities, refuse service to violators of these terms, and change descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
a) Ordering
Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing orders or bookings.
b) Payments
The company accepts payments through Square and Zelle. We do not store full payment card information on our systems. Third-party payment providers handle all transactions.
c) Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may require non-refundable deposits. Cancellation policies will be communicated during the checkout process. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.
4. User Accounts (If Applicable)
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, restricting access to their devices, and all activity that occurs under their account. The company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements) belongs to Hilal Coffee or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission, nor use any trademarks without authorization. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
6. Third-Party Tools and Services
The company uses third-party services including Square and Zelle for payments, HubSpot for CRM, JustCall for communications, and Google Ads for marketing. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The company is not responsible for third-party services or content.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently
- Interfere with servers or networks
- Use automated systems or bots
- Upload malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Harass staff or other users
The company reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against violations.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. All warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hilal Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. Users acknowledge that they assume sole risk.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hilal Coffee, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from violations of these terms, misuse of the site, or violations of applicable law.
11. Termination
The company may terminate or suspend access without notice or liability for violations, fraudulent activity, or technical issues. Surviving sections include intellectual property, indemnification, and liability limitations.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claims, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation, followed by binding arbitration or litigation as appropriate.
14. Changes to These Terms
The company may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted with an updated date. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
